Vouchers can be redeemed by contacting our office via phone or email. Instructions are provided on the voucher itself.

Vouchers aren’t assigned to a specific person until redemption, so there’s no need to worry about them being locked to anyone when you buy one.

Only the appearance of the voucher changes. For example, the ‘Xmas’ option is simply a Christmas-themed design. Everything else – the function, cost, and use – remains exactly the same.

The voucher will be delivered as a download link in your order confirmation email, which is sent immediately after purchase. Please note it goes to the email address entered at checkout – so if it’s a surprise gift, be sure to use your own email instead of the recipient’s.

You can print off the voucher and give it to that special someone hand-in-hand if you so desire.
